Acting On Your Behalf
To ensure that we understand how best to take care of your financial and property needs, you are provided with your own personal Prime Home Care Manager. This is a person who is highly trained and focused on working for you, and representing you.
Your Prime Home Care Manager will make an assessment of your bills and rates to make sure that you are not being overcharged or are on any uneconomical plans - such as phone and energy bills. They will assist you or act on your behalf to negotiate better/cheaper deals.
Your Prime Home Care Manager is able to assess your home and property and point out to you anything that might need to be serviced or repaired - now or in the future.
If someone is required - such as lawn mowing, cleaning gutters, carpet cleaning, bathroom-kitchen renovations and so on - your Prime Home Care Manager will act on your behalf to negotiate the best price and services. They will arrange comparative quotes for your reference.
Having been in the property-care business for a long time, we have a good network of qualified, skilled and licensed professionals - many of whom can provide genuine pensioner discounts.
Prime Home Care does not receive any rebate or "kick back" on any service provided and acts entirely according to what best suits your needs and the needs of your property. To add to this, your Prime Home Care Manager is available to purchase items on your behalf - such as white goods, curtains, carpet and so on - demonstrating that we are a very unique service.
Prime Home Care takes responsibility for paying your bills and rates on time. Your funds are held in a Trust account separate from the Prime Home Care trading account. We provide monthly reporting to keep you updated on your accounts, and at the end of each financial year an annual expenditure report is prepared showing all of your outgoings.
